Witness Against War Launch Day

Join Voices for Creative Nonviolence in Witness Against War 2008, a walk from Chicago to St. Paul to challenge and nonviolently resist our country's continuing war in and occupation of Iraq.

11 am: Witness Against War Kick-Off at Federal Plaza (230 S. Dearborn Street in Chicago) with speakers including Diar Jameel, Imam Abdul Malik Mujahid and Kathy Kelly.

12 pm: Walk to Grant Park and North to St. Gertrude Parish in Rogers Park

7 pm: Witness Against War Presentation at St. Gertrude's Social Hall, 1401 W. Granville, Chicago
