[Chicago] Change in plans for 10/27/07

Dear friends,

Sorry to change the plans for 10/27/07, but I heard from a couple of 
people who plan to attend with some concern about our meeting time.  I 
received an e-mail from one of the organizers, who said the marchers 
will be getting to the Federal Plaza at 3:30P.M.  It seems like it 
would then make sense for our delegation to meet at  the Federal Plaza 
at 3:30 p.M. instead of 2:00 P.M.   My apologies for any confusion.
